  1. Well. as somewhat lacking in gaming experience (am I really that old?)I've not been too inspired by playing games all summer to get used to them;I had a friend set it up and when I couldn't work out how to save a game I switched it off. But I CAN'T wait til the kids get their hands on it, I know they'll teach me a thing or two.
I've chosen Endless Ocean becuase we are doing a topic on contrasting habitats, starting with the ocean and plan to improve children's use of language in fiction writing. My job share, my Head, will be using African Safari (she is doing the habitats and foodchain side of things in our topic and will be doing non-fiction writing from this). They haven't been told about it yet - we start next week, they haven't even spied the Wii underneath the whiteboard!
Picked up good tips from other bloggers, look forward to starting.
